Rates & Fees

Submitting a short-term loan request through EzApply.us is free. EzApply.us provides an infomediary service that attempts to connect consumers with independent third-party lenders that may offer a short-term loan. EzApply.us is not a lender, does not broker loans, and does not make credit decisions. We encourage consumers to review the laws and regulations governing short-term loans, including the Truth in Lending Act. Your lender should disclose the applicable loan fees, interest rate, and other material terms when presenting an offer.

Lender Disclosure of Short-Term Loan Terms

When you are connected with a third-party lender through EzApply.us, the lender should provide documents containing the rate, fee, payment, and other material information for the short-term loan being offered. Carefully review that information before agreeing to any loan. You are under no obligation to accept an offer that you determine is unsuitable. If you choose to proceed after reviewing and accepting the lender’s terms, you may be asked to electronically sign the lender’s agreement. Interest rates, fees, repayment requirements, and all other loan terms are determined solely by the lender. Because EzApply.us is not a lender, it does not establish or control the terms of an agreement between you and a lender.

Late Payment

Short-term lenders may have different late-payment policies. Carefully review the late-payment provisions in the loan documents and agreement before electronically signing. Lenders are responsible for complying with applicable federal and state requirements governing late-payment fees. You should also review the laws concerning short-term loans and late payments in your state of residence.

Non-Payment

If you are unable to repay a loan, the lender may impose additional fees or charges as permitted by the agreement and applicable law. EzApply.us uses commercially reasonable efforts to work with a network of lenders expected to follow fair and lawful debt-collection practices. Lenders are responsible for complying with applicable federal and state requirements governing the collection of past-due accounts. Do not accept a loan unless you reasonably believe you can meet its repayment obligations.

Loan Renewal

Lenders may have different policies concerning loan renewals, rollovers, or repayment extensions. Carefully review and understand the lender’s renewal terms before accepting a loan. When permitted, a renewal, rollover, or extension may substantially increase the total cost of the loan through additional interest, late fees, or other charges.
