Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents have the right to direct a covered business not to sell their personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Oppur2nity LLC provides the choices below for information associated with EzApply.
Your California opt-out right
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, “sale” can include transferring personal information to another business for money or another valuable benefit. “Sharing” means disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. These definitions are broader than an ordinary purchase or sale.
EzApply operates a lead-generation and advertising service. Information submitted through EzApply may be transmitted to participating lenders, providers, lead aggregators, service providers, or marketing partners. Some transfers may be treated as a sale or sharing under California law. You may opt out without creating an account and without affecting your ability to submit a request.
Submit an online opt-out
Submit both forms if you want the request associated with both identifiers. Do not enter a Social Security number, driver license number, bank information, or password. You do not need to create an account.
What happens after you submit
- We will apply the request to personal information we can reasonably associate with the email address or phone number you provide.
- Email and phone identifiers are processed separately. Submit both forms if you want the request associated with both.
- We will process a valid opt-out as soon as reasonably feasible and no later than the period required by California law, generally 15 business days.
- We will not ask you to verify your identity for an opt-out request, although we may request limited information needed to identify the relevant record.
- An opt-out is prospective. It may not retract a transfer completed before we received your request, and companies that already received your information may have their own privacy-request process.
Never submit a Social Security number, driver license number, bank information, account password, or other sensitive financial information through an opt-out form.
Browser opt-out preference signals
California law recognizes qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. A signal generally applies to the browser or device that sends it and may not identify an email address or phone number previously provided through a request. Use the forms above if you want us to associate your choice with those identifiers.
Requests by mail or an authorized agent
You may also mail an opt-out request to Oppur2nity LLC, Attn: Privacy Department, 30 N Gould St. Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Include enough information to identify the relevant record, but do not mail original identity documents or sensitive financial information.
An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request for you. We may request proof of the agent’s authority and information needed to identify the record. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 and do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
