Advertising Disclosure
EzApply operates a for-profit advertising and lead-generation service. Please read this disclosure carefully to understand how we are compensated, how providers may be selected, and how your information may be shared.
How EzApply is compensated
EzApply may receive referral fees or other compensation from lenders, lead aggregators, service providers, or advertisers when we transmit a request, make a connection, display an offer, or when another qualifying action occurs. You do not pay EzApply a fee for submitting a request through this website.
How providers and offers may be selected
Compensation—including the amount a provider is willing to pay for a lead—may influence which provider receives your information or which offer you see. Provider eligibility criteria, location, availability, and technical factors may also affect placement. EzApply does not promise to present the lowest-cost offer, the best rates or terms, or every provider and product available to you. Compare alternatives and review each offer independently before accepting it.
EzApply is not a lender
EzApply does not make loans, set loan terms, make credit decisions, or guarantee approval. This website and its content are not an offer or solicitation by EzApply to lend money. Any loan offer is made by the provider identified in the offer, and that provider is responsible for its rates, fees, disclosures, underwriting decisions, funding, servicing, and collection activity.
How your information may be shared
When you submit a request, EzApply may transmit your information to one or more participating lenders, providers, or lead aggregators as described in the Privacy Policy and the consent language presented with the form. A recipient may further share or resell the request when permitted by the applicable agreements and law, which may result in communications from multiple companies. Submitting information does not guarantee that you will receive an offer or be approved.
Tribal lender offers
In some cases, you may be connected with a lender owned by or affiliated with a federally recognized tribe. A tribal lender may state that tribal law governs its loan agreement and may require disputes to be handled in a specified tribal forum or through arbitration. Tribal lenders remain subject to applicable federal law, while the application of state law can depend on the lender, transaction, and jurisdiction. Rates and fees may be higher than those offered by state-licensed lenders. Review the lender’s identity, governing-law terms, dispute provisions, APR, fees, and repayment schedule carefully before accepting an offer.
Loan amounts, availability, and funding
Not every provider offers every amount shown on this website, and services may not be available in every state. Availability may change without notice and depends on provider requirements and applicable law. A provider may request additional verification or documents. Funding times vary by provider and financial institution and are not guaranteed. Contact the lender directly with questions about an offer or existing loan.
Credit and consumer reports
A participating provider may obtain a credit report or another consumer report from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, or an alternative consumer-reporting company to verify identity, evaluate eligibility, or make a credit decision. Depending on the type of inquiry, the check may affect your credit score. Review the credit authorization presented with your request for details.
Borrowing considerations
A loan can be expensive and should be accepted only after you understand the total cost and can reasonably make the scheduled payments. Consider the APR, fees, payment amount, repayment period, and possible consequences of late or missed payments. A loan should not be treated as a substitute for a sustainable long-term financial plan.
